Our story began in 1988, when the Arizona Chile Pepper Company sprang to life following founder Bruce’s award-winning chili at the Mexican National Chili Cookoff in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico. With a lifelong passion for cooking, Bruce spent years experimenting in the kitchen, researching distinctive ingredients, and perfecting bold, handcrafted Southwest-inspired sauces and seasonings. From the very beginning, every ingredient has been carefully hand-selected for exceptional quality and flavor, making each batch something truly special.
